Understand your service terms before payment

Varseedux provides international education advisory services. Before purchasing a service, request a written explanation of the scope, fees, cancellation conditions and any third-party charges. This draft does not replace an existing service agreement or restrict rights available under applicable law.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email info@varseedux.com with the subject “Cancellation or Refund Request”. Include your name, registered contact details, service purchased, payment date, receipt or transaction reference, and reason for your request. Do not send passwords or full bank-card details.

Advisory fees and work already completed

Refund eligibility should be assessed against the service terms agreed at payment and the work completed. Ask for a written breakdown of any proposed deductions and the remaining service scope. This draft does not prescribe a blanket non-refundable rule, a cancellation deadline or a fixed deduction.

University and other third-party payments

University application fees, tuition deposits, examination fees, visa charges, insurance and other third-party payments are subject to the recipient’s own cancellation and refund rules. Review those rules before payment. A refund from one provider does not establish eligibility for a refund from another.

Admission, scholarship and visa decisions

Universities, scholarship providers and government authorities make their own decisions. An outcome alone does not determine refund eligibility; review the agreed service commitments and applicable rights.

Review and payment of approved refunds

Request written confirmation of the decision, refund amount, deductions if any, payment method and expected processing date. The company must confirm its standard review and processing timelines before this draft becomes a final policy.
